We’ve all experienced hypnosis many times over the years and didn’t even know it. In fact, hypnosis is a very natural state of mind.
We’ve all had highway hypnosis.
Think about the times you’ve driven down an expressway and when you reach your destination, you couldn’t remember anything about the trip. Or you are going somewhere in the car, miss your exit, and have to think about where you are going.
