Decide on a committment to lose a certain number of pounds or a percentage of weight each week, and what foods you will abstain from.
Remember, everything must be stated in positive terms. Instead of saying "I will not each cakes and pies", say,for example, "I will eat five servings of low sugar fruits and vegetables daily and three to six ounces of protein. I will drink at least six glasses of water daily."
Using the autosuggestion script on my free scripts page, plug in the following using your own script you have now just created.
"My subconscious mind is now open to receive the helpful and benefical suggestions I'm about to give myself.....
I feel good about my commitment to take off ________lbs each week. (Repeat 3 times).
Overeating is a thing of the past. (Repeat 3 times).
I see myself slim, attractive, and receiving many compliments. (Repeat 3 times).
I am in complete control of my eating
habits"......
Do you eat to relieve stress?
Include "I feel no stress, my stress is gone and I only feel calm, relaxed, and in control."
Keep in mind that the script you create is for you and you only because your eating issues are totally different from mine or someone elses.
Remember, your subconscious mind believes what it is told through autosuggestion!
