Your Post Hypnotic Suggestion Key to Achieving Your Goals!

During self hypnosis, your post hypnotic suggestion should be specific, precise and a goal you really want to accomplish.

If it is something you really don't want, your subconscious mind will most likely not carry out the instructions.

For example, if you are trying to lose weight, you can tell yourself, "when I awake to full consciousness, I am refreshed and ready to get up every day at 7 a.m. and ride my bike for 20 minutes."

Or if you are trying to improve your sales, your post hypnotic suggestion could be "Every Sunday evening at 7 p.m. I prepare my weekly sales plan and visit 25 additional prospects as a result".

You can also use the free autosuggestion script as a reinforcer, stating your goal at the appropriate point.
